I survived Diet Day #1 & every one came out relatively unscathed. Breakfast was oatmeal, lunch was soup (while my co-workers noshed on Chik-Fil-A) and dinner was 1 grilled cheese with fat-free cheese & tomato soup. I had one of those SmartOnes Cookie Dough Sundaes too and it only had 170 calories. Yippee, I stayed within my calorie range. I also signed up for MyFitnessPal.com which is a great site for tracking your daily caloric intake which is what I need.
Now I have to buy a new scale tonight!!
